Alberto Díaz
CEO of Digital Migration Partners

Alberto Díaz has a degree in Business Studies from the Pontificia de Comillas University (ICADE), completing part of his studies in ESSEC (Paris). He also has an MBA from the University of Chicago and has completed other postgraduate courses at Harvard Business School and Henley.

He began his professional career at Procter & Gamble, working there for 10 years in the Marketing and Sales departments. He then worked for a time at Sara Lee, before joining Yahoo!. In 2001, he was appointed Head of Business Development for Southern Europe, as well as General Manager of Kelkoo (Yahoo! E-commerce). He was also General Manager of the newspaper Metro in Spain and a member of the Executive Committee of the Vocento media group. He was General Sales Manager for the group, and Director of the Radio, TV and Sales Marketing Business Area. He is currently CEO of Digital Migration Partners, a professional services company which focuses on the digital transformation of businesses.

On the academic side of things, Alberto is a founding partner of ISDI (MIB), where he heads up the Digital Company Setup and Digital Transformation Department. He lecturers at the Sao Paulo Business School (Anhembi University) and is a speaker at other institutions and forums such as Deusto, EOI, Loyola, IE and UCAB (Caracas), among others.
